Shannon leads teams of payroll technicians, ensuring seamless operation and resolving technical challenges for UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). Shannon's strength lies in understanding client needs. Shannon's customer centric approach allows her to build lasting connections by delivering exceptional services, fostering trust and loyalty. Beyond her work, Shannon is a driving force within the Belonging, Equity, and Inclusion space at UKG. As a global ambassador and Co-Chair of the FIRE Up Employee Resource Group, she actively promotes diversity and equality. Shannon's commitment extends beyond the office.
