Kristie Jones has served as a SaaS startup sales leader and consultant for over 20 years. For the last 7 years, she has consulted and worked exclusively with more than 50 VC-backed and bootstrapped founders with under $5M in revenue to help them build and improve their sales processes, hire top talent, and be their fractional/interim sales leader. Both Cultivation Capital and Lewis & Clark routinely connect the companies in which they've invested with Kristie so she can assist them in achieving ROI by helping founders transition out of founder-led selling and create formal sales processes that will help them achieve the revenue goals their VC is expecting. Kristie has presented at Venture Café, Arch Grants Founder's Day, CET, Lindenwood's Entrepreneurial class, AA-ISP (American Association of Inside Sales Professionals), Leadership Summit, and many more regional conferences. She has been a guest on more than 20 sales podcasts including: Sales Gravy, Sales Reinvented, The Sales Evangelist, and SaaS Boss. Kristie is a frequent contributing writer for Top Sales Magazine out of the UK as well as an instructor on the Sales Expert's Channel on BrightTalk.
