Dr. Saras Chung is the Executive Director of SKIP Designed, bringing over 30 years of experience in youth development, education, and adolescent behavioral health. As a system dynamicist and social worker, her work focuses on the interplay between emotional well-being and academic success. Dr. Chung has consulted for major organizations, including Google, the Gates Foundation, and St. Louis Children's Services Fund, and her research has been featured in both peer-reviewed journals and mainstream media like the Journal of Adolescence and HuffPost. Recognized with several awards, including the Chris Harris Youth Advocacy Award, she is a thought leader in systems dynamics, regularly delivering keynotes at national and international conferences. Dr. Chung holds a PhD and MSW from Washington University in St. Louis and is also a faculty member there, teaching graduate courses on social policy and system dynamics.
