Shayn Prapaisilp

Shayn Prapaisilp is the Chief Operating Officer of STJ Group Holdings LLC, where he oversees a portfolio of successful restaurants and international grocery stores, including the well-known Global Foods Market and Thai restaurant, The King and I. Since joining the family business in 2014, he has spearheaded the launch of United Provisions and Chao Baan, contributing to a 24% revenue increase. With a passion for introducing Thai cuisine and international flavors to new generations in St. Louis, Shayn's efforts have expanded the company’s reach while maintaining a focus on community engagement and philanthropy, particularly in supporting refugees and new Americans. He is also active on several civic boards, including the Asian American Chamber of Commerce and FOCUS St. Louis, and continues to shape the future of the family’s legacy while fostering diversity and inclusion across the region.
